Ski and Snowboard Delivery Service

Canyon Sports now offers Ski and Snowboard Delivery service right to your house.  The benefit besides the convenience is that they will make sure the equipment fits and operates correctly.  It also means you are not standing in line hoping the equipment you want to rent is still available by the time you get to the desk.  The cost is about $15-$20 per set of skis depending on the package you rent.  They will pick it up for free so you can ski till the last minute, jump in your car and still make your flight.  Visit their website at www.canyonsports.com or call the rental delivery department at 801-380-5972.

The snow gods forgot it is only early November.

Yep.  We got 29 inches in one day.  Brighton is opening November 12th.  That is the earliest I can ever remember.  Now I need to get the snow tires on the car, wax my skis and pull out my gear.  So much to do.  See you on the slopes.

It has been snowing all day.  I am sitting by the fire knitting socks watching the snow pile up. I learned how to knit these socks at a class taught at Soul Spun Yarn.  Check out their website http://www.soulspunyarn.com/.  It is so cool.  Knit one, purl one….. I just know the resorts will open soon.
