Utah Vacation Homes

If you were to google “snowboarding” and “mountain cabins” you would find these cool pictures of one of our Brighton Vacation rental properties, Quigloo.

So these dudes spent a week at Brighton shooting some crazy shots both inside and out. Who has time for that? Seriously though, I am delighted because it gives a larger audience a great showpiece of how all Mount Majestic’s ski rental properties are unique, way cool, and have great powder. There are limitless ways to enjoy a week in the mountains at one of these homes. Next week we have a group coming in from all over the west for a surprise 40th birthday reunion. I will try to get some shots of that!

As a kid, I clearly remember riding the old Millicent single chair lift. The lift operator opened up the bar and you slid in. It had a comfortable foot rest and you could lean on the bar, watching people skiing on 215 Head Deep Powders.
A big GS race was held each year, the name escapes me now. I thought I ran it pretty well except upon finishing and removing my skis (cable bindings with the new “hot” Miller toe), the gate keeper/timer and some of the crowd were shouting “Back, back”. Realizing I had missed the last gate I carried my skis back through. How stupid I felt. I still finished in the top 66% though.
The warming house/deck adjacent to the Milly lift was a great place to have lunch and hang out. Although austere, the food heated you up. A chile dog and hot chocolate was my favorite lunch.
